I feel upset yeah .. But that is not matter i'm here at this moment with all these things that i'm proud of my self that i skip it & do it ..

How many thing was so difficult & impossible & i work so hard & i do it? I still that small girl at the picture with pretty smile .. Doctors shouldn't feel sad we are here to fix pepole !! right??
